Women in Marketing Africa is excited to offer an incredible opportunity for our community! For the past four years, we’ve proudly represented African talent at the Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity - a global stage where innovative ideas come to life. Now, thanks to the Cannes Lions ERA (Equity, Representation, and Accessibility) programme, we’re giving away three all-access Classic passes to the 2025 Festival to three deserving members of our community.

Cannes Lions is a game-changing event packed with inspiring talks, laid-back panels with industry legends, epic networking sessions, and a showcase of groundbreaking creative work. It’s the perfect place to spark new ideas, build powerful connections, and take your career to the next level.

What’s on offer?

• Digital on-demand access to talks post-festival

How to Apply:

1. Follow us on all official WiM Africa platforms (Mailing List, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter).
2. Record a 2-minute video where you:
   1. Introduce yourself and share your profession.
   2. Outline your career aspirations.
   3. Describe a defining moment in your career.
   4. Explain why you deserve this pass and how you’ll make the most of the experience.
3. Submit your video via our online submission form.

Important Details:

• Deadline: 31 March 2025, 6pm GMT
• Winner Announcement: 14 April 2025, 6pm GMT
• Open to all women (and those who identify as women) in marketing, advertising, communications, and the creative sector across Africa’s 54 countries. (Only one entry per organisation.)
• Please note: Flights, accommodation, and visa expenses are not included, and passes cannot be transferred, resold, or exchanged.
